This is an idea that popped into my head while playing UFC last night...Have an own a gym mode ( kinda like dynasty mode, or the new be a gm mode in nhl). You sign fighters, assign them their training regimen, line up fights, sign sponsors for your gym, hire cutmen, so on and so forth...
