I am definitely a bigger fan of MMA than I am boxing, but FN is the superior game. Way more polished, better gameplay, better controls, and just a better game. Undisputed is a good effort for THQ's first try, but that doesn't change the fact that FN is the better game.

I just hate how they portrayed the stand-up game in the UFC game. I train Muay Thai several times a week, and comparing the stand up found therein to what I actually do renders the game basically unplayable.

Leaving your guard down EVERYTIME you pull off a move? Seriously? Every hook is a haymaker in UFC, one-two combos are useless, jabs and straights to the body are even more useless, and fighters never even bother to KEEP THE OTHER HAND UP when they punch. And don't even get me started on kicks. Fighters in Undisputed all seem to be TKD practicioners.

I never understood the hype around this game. It's a good game, but it is by no means "great".

Yeah man, they did a great job for their first time out. I really do like the game, I just feel that FNR4 is the superior title.

I can respect your opinions. Because It's just mainly about the sport (to me). I know all of people out there like FIFA is better than Madden but, I'm not a fan of Soccer so, I will stick with Madden, you know?

but still, going with your example of fifa vs. madden. you would have to be blind to say the running animations in madden look better or even as good as the running animation in fifa. Fifa is a much better portrayal of the sport it represents compared to madden, much like FN is a much better portrayal of boxing than undisputed is of mma.

I thought it was to resolve some issues the game had playing online. I am still disappointed that they never added anyone via DLC as I pre-ordered and already had Bader/Efrain.

Fixed online issues, and I believe made the AI easier to submit.

this is so useless....both guys arnt really good so why would you drop 5-10 dollars to fight with them? they should of made it free to get people back to playing the game
