The only reason that it was good fight is that they are similar fighters and neither one is all that good. Davis is an elite wrestler. He should have no problem at all putting Wallace on his back and wearing him out.

Me too, Big Country can win, but i see it happening like when he fought arlovski.

Big Country would have probably won that fight if not for a BS standup that led to the KO. He was controlling Arlovski easily on the ground.

Not saying he wouldnt, but if he wants to stand with jds that will happen again. JDS has a very underrated ground game, but if big country gets crucifix that wil lbe hard toget out of.

The more I see chael sonnen trash talking silva, the more I want to see him knock silva out. I'm so tired of Anderson Silva, I think hes quite possibly the most arrogant fighter on the planet, and I want to see him get knocked down.

Silva is arrogant, but at least he can back it up. Sonnen does not shut the **** up and has a pretty mediocre record in his career. I can't wait for Silva to KO him.

Me too. He also recently said that Yushin Okami was the best fighter he has ever fought yet Maia strangled him.
Chael has been the only one talking crap for ever, and when he is knocked out we will see what he says.

*Sonnen says he's coming into this fight to be the champion, not the man who beat Anderson Silva. Says he doesn't pick his fights like Silva, who likes to fight, "math teachers from Ohio and one legged Canadians. He's never fought an all-american from Oregon." Says he's proud to represent Oregon.

*Sonnen says, "I just don't like him. That's it. I'm going to take his belt on August 7 and Dana is going to fire him on August 8."

*Silva is asked if this is the most anticipated fight for him in his UFC career. Silva just says, "No."

*Sonnen says he will start looking at tape on Silva this coming weekend and says he doesn't see a major weakness anywhere. Says he's the toughest guy in the company. "There has never been a guy with earrings who will out tough me and he won't be the first."

*Sonnen says all the attention is distracting him including this media call. Says he is a partner with UFC while Anderson is an employee and that's why all the questions are coming towards him and Anderson is giving one word answers on a speakerphone.

I think everyone can agree if he goes into the fight like he did when he fought early in ufc, sonnen is getting ktfo. But who knows if that will happen.

I have no illusions on how this fight will probably go, but hope is the only reason to watch Silva at this point. I don't need to sit there and watch a PPV just to see him dance.
