UFC Undisputed 2010 Transition move guide ?
Hey guys, is anyone else having trouble with pulling off transitions as listed in the game's move guide in the pause menu. My first issue was I was looking at my opponent's move as for some reason the game automatically shows the moves of the guy in the left corner, regardless of who is player or cpu controlled. Once I got past that though, I would do the move as it was listed but 1/2 the time don't get the move I'm supposed to. It's mostly a problem when going from side to mount, or gaining a full mount from mount with the guy's hands on your head. I know this year the direction matters (i.e. if you are in side on his right side, you do the instructed spin to the left for mount) but even when accounting for that I still will end up in North/South when doing the move for mount. Anybody else encounter this or know what the issue is?Tags: None -

No. You have it wrong. It doesn't matter the direction you spin. It matters where you start in relation to what is shown to you on the screen. So let's say you're in side control where your body is at the bottom of the screen. You want to mount him so you'd want to move up. You minor transition up and to the side, left or right, it doesn't matter. So it's where you start the transition, not where you spin it. -

Oh ok, that makes sense. At least for most of them it makes sense. When going from a mount on top where bottom guy has your head clinched, which direction would you go to break his hands and get the full mount? Since it's not a directional move I can't figure out the logical way to do it, and half the time end up back in side mount. Thanks!Comment

Sounds good, I think my main problem may be accidentally doing a major instead of a minor. Side control is usually my end result on those as well. Thanks, glad I'm not the only one that does that half the time.Comment
