How long will you wait for a patch before going back to 09?

For those with the game, how long are you willing to deal with the main issues (flash KO's, auto transition block, etc.) before a patch is released?

If I remember correctly, it took a little while before 09 received a patch. If there is a patch and it takes 2-plus months to arrive, will you stick with the game or just go back to 09?

Well for me, being that I have Red Dead Redemption to play as well, I can wait it out. Due to the very MANY fighters to play as and play against, flash KO's really don't appear that often. Considering you have dozens of fighters in this game that don't have flash KO power.

I sold 09 a few months ago so, I'm sticking with 10 for the duration. :o
