    UFC 2010: Create-A-Fighter glitch?

So I created a fighter from the Create Fighter option in the main menu. I then imported my created fighter into Career Mode. If you try to edit a fighter in Career Mode, you cannot change things like hometown or height (among other things).

I decided that I wasn't happy with my fighter's basic info though, so I wanted to edit my created fighter outside of Career Mode, and start a new career with the revised fighter. The problem is, I cannot change my hometown or my height - even though I saved it, it will constantly default to 5'11" and fighting out of Las Vegas, Nevada.

    So, just to recap:

    - created a fighter from the main menu
    - imported my fighter into career mode
    - went to edit fighter outside of career mode, since you cannot edit basic information in career
    - game would not save things like hometown or height

I'm not sure if importing my fighter into career mode messed things up. I really don't want to have to make a new fighter from scratch.

And, how do I delete a career and/or fighter?

Have you tried copying the fighter, then editing?

When I imported the fighter into Career Mode, it automatically copied my fighter... so I have two saves: a "CAF" save and a "CAREER" save.

Hmm. I've never done it that way before. However, I would think all you would have to do in from the Created Fighter Menu is hit COPY, then LOAD. Once the copy is loaded you should be able to edit whatever you want to on the copied CAF.

I had no idea you could even use a main menu CAF in career. How do you even do it? And do sponsors on items carry over?

Nevermind, I figured it out. They sure don't make things obvious with this company.

I'll try that, but what worries me is that even though I'm SAVING, nothing sticks. I'll save my hometown (Toronto, ON), but during my fighters' introduction he's listed as hailing from Las Vegas.

figured out how to get the sponsored gear over but can't get the individual techniques into career mode.

                Am I doing it wrong?
