THQ Submits UFC 2010 Patch for Approval

"If you are one of the countless UFC Undisputed players anxiously awaiting the first major UFC 2010 update you will be relieved to hear that THQ has now confirmed that the patch is completed and its fate is now in the hands of Microsoft and Sony.
It has been a grueling three weeks since THQ first revealed that a critical patch would be developed to fix the plethora of game-breaking bugs, oversights, and exploits the video game was released with. Assuming there are no issues with the approval process required by both Xbox and PS3, it appears the patch could go live as early as the end of the month. However, there is still potential for a setback to delay the patch several more weeks if Microsoft and/or Sony find any faults with the first release candidate.
We’ve officially submitted the patch through the final submission process that involes our QA team sign-off, and most importantly 1st-party. Microsoft and Sony each have their own timelines which are out of our control, so at this stage, we are waiting patiently for their sign-off. It can typically take at-least a week for it to pass through, and that’s assuming we don’t get kicked back for any issues and have to resubmit. Our QA team has signed off, so hopefully the stars align with 1st-party, and we sail through. Given 1st party timelines, it is very unlikely the patch will release next week, best hope is for the week after (last week of June). I know that’s not the best news, but we are powerless at this point and need to abide by 1st party processes. I will absolutely keep you informed as best I can.
THQ’s post also has an updated list of the main problems the patch will address, many of which currently make it unbearable to play online. UFC 2010 should almost be like a completely new game once the patch finally arrives."

No fix to every fight pretty much ending in a knockout. Wow. Thank god I didn't buy this game.

Lucky man! I spent over 80 bucks and traded it in within 2 weeks and got $30.

Hopefully this tunes it in...I hope that submissions on the AI aren't so damn hard either.

Good to see they are even doing a patch...But i honestly dont think 5 patches could fix all the issues with UFC10.

              Sold mine a while ago.....

I'm almost certain that the KO's was not addressed. It's like the issue is Taboo and they refuse to address it or maybe I missed them talking about it.
