Rogerio is not on Rampage's level. Hell, he actually lost to Brilz but was given the decision.

I wouldnt say hes not on his level, but with his performance against Brilz, i'd give him Cyrille Diabate, who they both knocked out luiz cane, than a Rampage that isnt going to have ring rust.
