Need sprawl button in Classic Controls

I find it way easier to prevent a takedown using TSC and the sprawl button. The sprawl button in classic should be on the RB imo. I don't understand how this was missed. afaik, you can't sprawl standing up like you can when you press the sprawl button in TPC. Try it. Even though sprawling while moving the left stick back in classic results in a takedown sprawl, the window for success seems to be much less than using the sprawl button. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Or maybe someone can help me with my timing, thanks. I'm finding it frustrating when Bob Sapp keeps tacking me down on harder difficulty, and I know it's coming.. and the damn stick flick isn't working for me.

Ok.. well I just whipped Bob a$$ with Arlovski. But if felt a little cheap. All the cpu Bob Sapp does is rush you every time I strike. I just needed to keep backing up everytime I made a strike. Real life Bob Sapp doesn't go for take downs back to back to back to back like this. I'm liking the game.. but to me the cpu has some unrealistic tendencies. It's just seems that to make it "hard" the cpu just ramps up pressure.. no tactics. I fought against Tim Silvia, and all the cpu did was slug at air until it got close enough to me. Even with a couple of hard kicks to the face.. cpu walks through it like water. Initially this seems rather cheap to me.. but time will tell as I get better I guess.

no. thats your sacrifice for being able to spam combos faster. you can't have all of the advantges now. if you want the striking advantages of classic controls you have to accept the grappling disadvantages

I disagree. If this is the case.. Why limit a "easier to spam" control scheme then? Because it would be too good? Makes no sense. People adapt to whatever control scheme they use. If you're good on the sticks you should be able to win. They should at least make the control scheme configurable for both classic and analog. As a matter of fact.. I see the sprawl button as a bigger advantage, than using buttons. You can still pull off impressive combos using TPC.

By the way, it's entirely possible to spam punches with the sticks too. FNR4 has already proven this.

yeah.. I think it's easy to time humans than the CPU. I think my major gripe is with the somewhat cheese CPU more than the control scheme.

yess but its limited to straights and hooks, you can spam mixing to the body with classic, where that would be very hard with the sticks
