From Nate's conference this is how I gathered it

-Nate was approved for the treatment for the Miller fight, but afterwards he was to send in more tests to see if he really needed it
-Afterwards the tests came back to where it looked inconclusive or that he didn't need it
-He began training for his fight against Story without the treatment
-When the commission finally let him get back on the treatment, it was already 3 weeks until the fight
-Since it was so close to the fight, "Nate's doctor" asserted the treatment wouldn't have an effect unless he ramped up the dosages
-When Nate got tested again the testosterone levels were way too high, thus making him ineligible

Maybe Im just not 100% familiar with how these things work I suppose but that seems counter productive to the end goal.
FYI, Check out the link below. NJ denied his use.

Yeah, so NJ denied his use of TRT, but still allowed him to fight as long as he consented to keep sending them blood tests.

Also the Olivera/Lentz fight has been changed to a no contest because of the illegal knee.

Shame, it was a good fight up to that point.

Thats crazy, so NJ finally got test results back and saw that he was high and then forwarded those results on to Pennsylvania who then pulled him from the card? So, he is either using it to mask something or to get an advantage which is why he's apparently showing too high on the tests or his doctor is an idiot for raising the levels way too high to keep him eligible to fight. Even if Nate isnt guilty of anything hes still guilty of being an idiot for not taking a more proactive approach with this.

Lol @ the Marquardt/BJ Penn beef. WAR BJ!

                Nate Marquardt
"Some of the fighters that think they're so cool and tough by kicking a guy when he's down – as far as my career, this has been one of the worst times of my life, and these guys are calling me a cheater and talking crap – I've taken note as to who those guys are, and I'm going to come for them. Eventually, I'll get them. I don't care if it's in a superfight or if they want to come down to my gym. I'll beat them up for free."

"I think you know who these guys are – Ben Askren, B.J. Penn, Paul Daley, Hector Lombard, cowards talking crap about a guy when he's in such a situation. They're trying to take advantage of the situation. They're bullies. Those are the guys I want to beat up."

"I'm not putting the blame on everyone else," Marquardt said. "Everyone had their little piece of fault, but I accept my part in the blame. The fault that I had, I take responsibility for. There are a few little things that if I could go back in time and change them, I wouldn't be in this position. There's things I'm doing now that will prevent this from ever happening again or ever becoming an issue.

"The truth is going to come out over time. It has already started to come back. I was under suspension for literally less than three weeks, and my suspension was lifted. I didn't get any fines. This hasn't happened before in this sport, and it shows that I wasn't cheating. I have hope. There are crap-talkers like B.J. Penn who want to kick a guy when he's down, and I would love to fight that guy."

                BJ's latest response:
I'll show up to your gym if you do a drug test every week for 3 months. winner keeps the video. LMK"

I cracked up when Marquardt called Penn "midget head" on Twitter. Is he 10 years old?

Marquardt deserves all the **** he has been getting.

BJ via being better fighter. Marquardt is calling out Lombard who would KO him, Askren who would wrestle**** him, BJ Penn who would beat him most likely as well.
