Looks like THQ/UFC is giving the finger to the fans once again. If you want to play as Nick Diaz, Mayhem Miller, Phil Davis, or Brian Stann, you need to pre-order the game.

I really hate this. More than normal. See THQ/Yuke's have lost my trust after the last game. They don't deserve a pre-order. Now because they made such an awful game even if I end up liking this one,because I'll sure as hell rent first,I'll be missing out on content. Diaz could be the champion when the game comes out and it'll be missing a champion without a pre-order? That's just driving my opinon of them down even further. Things like Mass Effect 3 and Saints Row 3,they've earned a pre-order by putting out fantastic games and there being no indication either sequel will be anything but. UFC 2010 was horrific and I've yet to be convinced 3 will be anything but just slightly better which makes it still not very good.

All 4 guys will be eventually be DLC (confirmed by THQ) so you can get them later. Still I see your point.

The only problem I have with these guys being DLC is that the release date is still quite a long way off. If this was 2 months before release then I could understand it.

I don't really have an issue with the DLC as I'll be preordering anyway.

I dont remember the "TUF" package from 10 costing 16 bucks. More likely than not the entire pack will cost around 4-6 bucks.
