Lol. This is a fake. That's a picture from some motorcycle accident.

A heel hook doesn't even put the pressure on your leg to snap a femur. It can put your knee on backwards or break your fibula, but not the femur, let alone break through the skin like that. I can't believe Deadspin actually ran with that story.
