Not going to lie, for a main event fight, it was very boring. Guida was doing Dominic Cruz type of footwork. However he forgot the hands part. This is a contact sport, if you don't want to get hit, got out of MMA.

I so hope Dana White introduce a yellow card system into UFC, it is badly needed. Because if guys aren't running from contact, they laying & praying to victory or they lay on their back for longer then necessary to bait the guy into the ground.

Dana White should also make it where as if you finish the fight, you get paid more, if you simply try to win on points and don't try to finish the fight, you get paid less. Lately this entire year I see way too many fighters try to win on points then trying to actually finish the fight.

I know Dana White was pissed, because once again on a free card, the main event don't live up to the hype. And let us not kid ourselves, casual fans don't watch an entire card, they tune in for the main event. So the main event is the impression they will get from the sport.

I love that Big Dan got on Guida about running.

Either come to fight like Gray wanted to, or join the Chicago Carpenters track squad Guida.

There's a big difference in footwork while doing damage (like someone mentioned Cruz's style), and footwork purely to run around & avoid ALL damage while not fighting yourself.

I shudder to think fighter's pay will go down because some doofus ref decides to call for a yellow card. Let's not dock fighter pay.

I like the idea of a bonus for finishing fights, but there already are bonuses for that: KOTN and SOTN. And, sometimes, the opponent you're up against simply is too tough and gritty to get finished. Decisions are gonna be forever a part of the sport.

How about making the Octagon smaller?

I loved the size of the WEC octagon, but I doubt they ever change the size. Especially for LHW and HW fights
