I wonder how much of her dominance is her being just the G.O.A.T., and how much of it is the lack of talent she is facing because women's MMA is just getting started. Like in 20 years, would she have been able to do this to that level of competition.

But i don't think it will happen.
I'm confident. Cyborg is attempting a cut in Invicta in October I think to see if she can make 135. Too much money on the table for Cyborg not to try to make this fight happen.

This is what it was like growing up with Tyson. This is crazy. She's just buzzsawing through everyone. You've gotta give props to Miesha for actually giving her a fight, but Rousey has become even more dangerous.

Probably not but you can only face the people that are in your era. With that said, this isnt a situation like when the UFC first began and only the Gracies and a few other knew BJJ.

Rousey's judo is a HUGE advantage but she's stopped three of her last 4 with strikes. She's evolving at a faster rate than everyone else in women's MMA.

What makes Tate 3 interesting is that Miesha's striking has improved and she now has a strong overhand right. Ronda cant just go sprinting in anymore to clinch because there is a chance she will get clipped.

I see it the same way now. I relate it to the early days of motocross where the talent pool is no where near what we see it today and still the greats are considered some of the best despite a small talent pool.

Hopefully Miesha doesn't try to clinch with her like she did last fight. That was just a recipe for disaster. Ronda is willing to eat punches to land her own and her chin seems solid. Who knows, though. It would be interesting to see her face some adversity.

Nobody beats this girl. Hopefully she has the sense to get an acting coach and go on to action movies. 34 seconds?

Beat miesha. Vacate the belt. Fight Cyborg. Retire.

Correia actually was defending great. She was keeping her hips back and Ronda wasn't looking good. What that does though is open the knees and strikes up. She just has no power what so ever, so Ronda just kept hitting her. Correia has beaten bums in the UFC and that's it. Its even worse as there is no depth at all.

If that is Tate or Cyborg, then she will get hit back, plus both of them can take punches. If Tate does that same thing, Ronda may not keep the belt. I think Tate needs 6 months more though, but rumor is Dec/Jan.

Dana White on Cyborg at the press conference:

"I'm ready for Cyborg. Ronda is ready for Cyborg. She hasn't made the weight. The fight will happen as soon as she makes the weight."

I will bet 100 percent, literally, every cent I am worth, that Ronda finishes Cyborg within the first round.

Ronda with devastating finishing power on her feet to go along with the world class grappling?

Is it rumored that Cyborg uses/used steroids or is it documented? I have zero interest in watching fighters who are known to juice. So it's hard to wrap my head around why someone would want to see that fight at catch weight no less.

Why vacate the belt that only furthers her legend like GSP
