That was a scummy move by Leech.

Surely a fine coming his way.

**** I wanted him to get KTFO so badly there but he survived.

Why is it that all Asians in the UFC never get knocked out lol

Also that eye gouge was one of the most blatant I've seen. Dirty af but **** like that does happen when you're fighting for your life sometimes. Like if a guy is hanging on your neck and literally sucking the life out of you... Instincts take over.

He should obviously be able to manage his instincts better as a professional who has a lot of experience but yeah.

You're right, he barely throws more than 2 punches. He has a very good left straight, which he could land over Rockhold's check hook.

Rockhold's check hook is money when it lands, but he puts his whole body into it so he exposes himself when it doesn't. Another thing is Rockhold's jab is sometimes lazy which is how Bisping KTFO him.

Yh he's an explosive guy but he attacks in bursts. If those don't payoff for Romero I see Luke taking control of the fight fairly easy. I feel like he's looking to grapple and if he gets top control I don't see Romero being able to do much. That training with high lvl wrestlers like DC and Cain over there at AKA seems to have Rockholds grappling on point. However if Romero comes out storming early on with that explosiveness, he may be able to catch Rockhold with something and put him away. Has to be early on though cuz he tends to fade later in the fight.

He can throw a bunch of elbows in crazy fast succession though.

Romero is such a wild card. He doesn't really belong in there with any of these guys as far as skills go imo. He's just so athletic and powerful. Near enough every fight he's won he was losing or it was close lol.

The grappling exchanges between Rockhold and Romero are certainly going to be interesting. Rockhold is obviously the better MMA grappler but Romero has that athletic ability. Rockhold is also a very strong MW himself.

The fight is interesting all around. I just hope it doesn't end up like Stipe and Ngannou. I hope Romero stays in the fight.

I stopped doubting Romero's ability when Weidman was beating his *** and then he just blasted his head off.

                      Tai Tuivasa vs Ngannou pls

                      Make it happen Dana.

Mark Hunt 2.0. I like this guy. HW needs him.

                        <div style="width: 100%; height: 0px; position: relative; padding-bottom: 56.250%;"><iframe src="https://streamable.com/s/604ln/vmrpiu" frameborder="0" width="100%" height="100%" allowfullscreen style="width: 100%; height: 100%; position: absolute;"></iframe></div>

^Tuivasa pumping up Hunt before his walkout above. Pretty badass.

Insane to think he's only 24 aswell, that is an infant for HW.

If Blaydes beats Hunt I say they send in Tuivasa to take him out.

Can he ever be a serious contender? Looks crazy out of shape.

He doesn't need to be in shape when he MMMMURKS everyone in the first round.

He's Samoan anyway so it is all an illusion.

I think so. His striking is much better than most of HW. He's 24. Cain is out of shape. Not as much but yeah. Definitely a lot of questions though. Who knows what he'll look like going three rounds.

He'll at least be top 15 but I realise that's not saying much at HW.
