Retire condit

I feel Condit should retire after one more fight against Nick Diaz. Win or lose he gets one more big money fight before he's done.

I think this is the right fight for both considering their recent streaks.

The main event is now!

I want Gaethje to win. This fight scares me in particular however because imo this is Gaethjes hardest fight so far in terms of striking.

Striking defense seems to be Gaethje's relative weakness, understandable given his pressure.

Poirier is more crisp, I can see him finishing Gaethje with his sharper boxing.

Gaethjes primarily tool as I see it in this fight will be his leg kicks and grappling. Porier has decent TDD and beat Duffy with his TDs.

Alvarez found success with a lot of good body shots.

Poirier seems to be striking at Gaethje's guard a lot.
Those leg kicks seem to be taking a toll as well.
