But now that you mention it, it has been a while since he's come in ripped up. I think he could've knocked off the weight legally for this one, though. But who knows. All that being said, "chalk outline" Frank Mir is up there with some of the other iconic knockout victims such as Lil' Nog and Stefan Struve. There's an art to this ****.
There is a reason Bellator rarely fights in states with random testing and doesnt do its own testing. They dont care if people use steroids.

I'm aware, but nothing about his body last weekend screamed steroids to me. Obviously, the eye test isn't accurate and physique doesn't always tell the tale of steroid use, but I think it was the second Brock fight where Mir came in looking bigger than he ever did before. I thought he was juicing back then lol. I don't put anything past anyone, especially in Bellator, but him being clean for this one wouldn't shock me.

It screamed diuretics to me which are also illegal. He dropped 50 pounds in 3 months which isnt impossible I guess but kind of hard to do strictly from working out.

And to do it while training, I don't know how he ate enough calories to be able to train and lose that much. If it was legal, I don't think it would be recommended.
