I used to love Joanna, but she's turned into a WWE character. That being said, I'm hoping for a solid fight. She's far from washed up. Also having Valentina as Flyweight champ appeals to my sense of order in divisions. We went from superfights being super to not headlining PPV's. Just stop. We wanna see real contenders fight for the belt, not force people into weightclasses for a cool poster...

Max has done little wrong in my eyes. His style is fire, he welcomes all comers, and in an age of money he's willing to play the part of the defending champion.

Tangentially I also think Woodley might be one of UFC's best champions too. And I can't fathom how he got the reputation for ducking opponents. he complains, but's he's fought nothing but top contenders.

Max better stay the hell outta the clinch, Ortega seems good at snatching necks from there.

Imo Joanna's only shot at success tonight involves leg kicks.

Gunnar vs Alex Cowboy has potential to be amazing.

Amen, I'm all about the Polish Power. I'm also a bit influenced by the fact that Valentina got ****ed out of a flyweight belt. In my eye she should be the champ now. Nicco was the champ, but if Valentina loses against Joanna she will never have been a champ, that is just disgusting and not true.

That being said, I want to see a great, solid fight. and may the best girl win.

With Max I really hope he wins tonight. I'm not that worried about him standing, but i'm really worried for him with Ortega's bjj.

Yeah, stay away from that clinch, and lets remember Brian is no stranger to stand up either. so I'm hoping for a barn brawl.

Great fight between Katona and Lopez. I think Lopez went limp for a sec that couldve been enough for the finish. Regardless Katona got the win, it couldve gone either way.

I'm shocked Anders isn't the favorite.

I want Elias to win, and he's doing better than I thought. I figured Anders might just plow through him.

Elias not seeming to have much stopping power can be a real liability with his style, I think.

In the last fight for it to have been a submission I think he would have needed to be unconscious when the ref separated them.




Nice win for Elias. Even though I picked him in my chart, I'm surprised he got it done.
