The Punching duel!

Hear ye, hear ye. I called Phillyboy out for a duel, and he responed. He has to sleep first in his snug little bed, but I decided to film and upload my contribution. Am I worried? no, I'm the greatest.

In all honesty though, here are the rules. anyone can post. I'm thinking do 10 minutes on a bag, and post the 1 minute best one, no edit. I was pretty drunk doing this, but in all honesty It probably helped. So I'm hoping you crack open a beer in respect of this competition, but if you're a a water champ there's room for you too.

I don't drink, but i'll take some bowl hits in support. I'm old and my body is broken so i'll leave the hitting bags to you all. (Not that it matters, I don't know how to fight)

EDIT: fun fact: my old lady almost broke her shin trying to head kick that reflex bag. the worst bruise ever.

my footwork is bad.

I'm having issues with my footwork in this small room. Either I jump around and hit a table, or I just plant my feet and start swinging.

Excuse the fatness I went on vacay and put on some lbs lol.

Haha! On vacation myself! beers and pizza. gained 10 lbs.
