    No more Joe in TNA?

"Speaking of Joe, he is under a one year deal with TNA, however is working out the financial terms of the deal. The deal was set for a certain price at the start and had a clause that if his first few weeks/months with TNA went well, he would get a raise. Things have gone very well so now he is working on getting that raise. Word is that TNA is dragging their feet a bit about having to give him a raise. We'll have to wait and see but many feel he has definitely earned one." (http://wrestlezone.com/article.php?articleid=137205644)

I hope they're not that stupid to not give him it.

They better do whatever the hell they have to in order to keep him. He's been involved in some of the best matches of 2005 in TNA.

If TNA lets Joe go that will be a mistake, but however I feel that the only reason why TNA is dragging there feet in this deal to give him a raise it's because they pretty much know Joe will not go to WWE and TNA is the only other promotion that can give him air time.

If the money is right, Joe will go to WWE, with the new steroid policy in place, guys like Trevor Murdoch are starting to get pushes, and Joe is in much better shape than Murdoch.... Vince would push Joe to the stars, don't kid yourself because you loathe the WWE product.

Joe got offered more money from the WWE and he turned it down simply because of family and his style. He liked TNA because of its action and wrestling. He took less money to be in TNA.

Very true. Joe's stiff style is unlike anything ever seen in "sports entertainment." He'd probably be shipped to OVW like Punk was, and you could kiss ROH and all his indy stops goodbye. I don't think Joe could do that. And please, no more mention of Trevor Murdoch in the same thread as Samoa Joe...just because he has man boobs doesn't mean he's in the same universe, lol.

did I say anything about talent at all? I said they had similar body sizes, that's all. So if I feel like brining up Trevor Murdoch, guess what... I'm going to. Learn to read before you criticise me for something that I didn't even say. No, they're not of similar talent level, but yes they have the same body size. Now tell me how I'm wrong.

I made a joke about his man boobs and the fact that his name even came up in a discussion about the world's greatest heavyweight...that's all. I'm not sure why he's getting pushed and beating the likes of Shelton Benjamin, but that's why I don't watch much. Wasn't made in criticism and I'm actually a great reader, so lower your defenses!! Now since it's Christmas, let's get on with the holiday cheer.

I like Joe, but he's gota be a little less stiff.

He's put 2 of TNA's best X Division guys on the shelf since he's not been very careful with them. What if Daniels or Styles suffers from some kind of concussion where they can't come back and Wrestle again? Then is Joe worth having in your company? If all his high profile matches result in shelving guys, why have him? They can get another guy to push.

With that being said... I wonder who really has injured the most guys in the ring? I'll guess Super Bob (Bob Holly), at one point last year he put like 3 guys on the shelf within a 2 month time frame.

I would guess New Jack or Brusier Brody if it's not Holly.
