    Kurt Angles health...

im sorry if this is old news....

"Dave Hawk of Kurt Angle's management team sent PWTorch.com the following quote from Angle in response to fans sending him messages of concern regarding his heath in light of the sudden death of Eddie Guerrero.

Says Angle: "To all my fans, I'm in perfect health. Thank you for your many kind comments, prayers and concern about me, but, again, I am healthy and in great shape. Yes, naturally I have a few minor aches and pains due to bumps and bruises but certainly nothing at all life-threatening or anything that will keep me from participating in the ring. Also, I DO NOT nor would I EVER do anything that would jeopardize my health or my life, as has been fabricated on many website chat rooms. This great outpouring of concern for me demonstrates that my fans appreciate my hard work and dedication to be best. I have the greatest respect for all my fans, my family and everyone at WWE. I will never let you guys down. God bless you and thank you for your support."

"He said less than two years ago that they only way he would ever be able to wrestle again was through painkillers. He was the first person to ask about perscription drugs when Vince McMahon spoke on the new drug policy. Completely ignoring past injuries, he's got nerve damage to his face, lack of feeling in both of his arms, no hearing in his left ear, atrophy in his triceps, a spine that is going to need to be operated on again, and a GH head."

Its very nice to hear him clear the air about his health but then the last paragraph makes me wonder how healthy he really is if all that stuff is true. Kurt Angle imo is the best there is right now and it would be great to see him with the title even though I don't like the Anti troops angle he is in but its a work so its hard to hold that against him.

    Thanks for the info Magic.

This is good to hear that he's ok. I still feel like Ric Flair is the guy that would make Eddie's death pale in comparison.

We keep on hearing more and more about his life being in shambles.

It's all finally caught up with ol' Space Mountain. WOOOO!!!
Seriously, though, it has to be the drinking that's caught up with the guy...and maybe those bump-a-roos. Let's just hope that the worst of what's going on is a divorce and criminal trial...I don't think the man is in danger of keeling over at any second. ::Knocks on wood::

Kurt on the other hand...well, he better be careful with those pain killers. Steriods kill, for sure, but I truly believe that painkillers have killed ALOT more wrestlers. It's not like Louie Spicoli was on the juice.

To come back like Kurt did ( he was in REALLY bad shape at one point)...it defenitley took more than dedication.

To be honest I don't know how he does it. Every match he has seems to be super intense and he goes real hard every match he is in. Whenever he comes out for a match he has that gameday gameface on like his next match is the biggest match of his life.

                Agreed,

Wrestlers are very much afraid of taking care of themselves because they're afraid they'll lose their spot if they're out of the game for too long. It's a sad fact that this happens more often then we'd like it to.

As for Flair I just hope that it's only a divorce and taxation problems in his life. I'd hate to see the Nature Boy die in the midst of health problems. I've noticed his face gets VERY red even when he's not in the ring. I don't think that's a very good thing for someone.

Oh well let's all hope that a wrestler ever keels over in the prime of his life or in the case of Flair, in the ring.
