    ROFL!

I remember that Macho Man segment vividly. Man WCW was truly a sinking ship in its last days but you can't say it wasn't interesting.

Oh yeah FINAAAAAAAAAALLY THE JUICE HAS COME TO MILWAUKEE!

    I remembered that as well.

I'm still downloading it, but I'm up to the point where Sid is going on about who stabbed who in the back and him being......the man.

What a friggin TRAIN WRECK!!! I NEVER realized how bad this stuff was when I was watching it back then. And I was a dedicated WCW guy back in those days, too. Unbelievable!!

heh I remember Goldbergs limo mess up. I thought the Juvi juice stuff was funny.

They did SOME good in the dying days. AJ Styles,3 Count (lame gimmick but good matches),Jung Dragons,Vampiro,The Wall,Crusier tag division and uhhh....well I did say some.

The WWE is getting pretty close to that now. I skim a few weekly Raw threads on diffrent non-wrestling websites and it seems most people only tune in to laugh at how pathetic things have gotten.

you would think that, but its been turning around of late...that coupled with the ratings rise and the fact WWE will never sink to the levels of WCW out right awful bad and I think you have two totally seperate situations.

Of course it didn't last long the company went under about 3 weeks after that started.

I rememerd something else good,on the last Thunder they had Kid Kash vs. EZ Money.

I just want to comment on WWE sinking to the levels of WCW.

It will never happen. Vince was smart to create a conglomerate and very corporate structure for WWE. Of course the main difference between WCW and WWE is that the head of the structure is a wrestling person (more or less, I still think of Vince as more of a carny)

The only area where WWE is truly struggling with is live gate attendence for hosue shows. I'm sure that if things got so bad that all Vince would have to do is scrap house shows. The house shows don't make up a big chunk of business for WWE.

Also WWE is making megabucks on their archives material as well as the traditional PPV and Superstars DVDs. DVD sales have been going way up in the last year or so. WWE 24/7, while not widespread yet is being grown into a very viable historical based brand for WWE and it does a good job of segmenting the audience while not being actual competition. 24/7 allows WWE to share the past for the older fans and exposing said past to younger people. You then have the current product which (at least on RAW) is going in a more traditional wrestling vein.

WWE is a very healthy company and it will never go down in flames like it or not.
