    Raw ratings continue to rise...

A 4.5 this week. Edge so far is really brining in the numbers... I wonder if this will have any affect as to who gets the strap this Sunday at the Rumble.

I believe the Live Sex angle is what brought on the ratings. As sick as this country is, I bet many ppl tuned in, in anticipation of seeing what would go down that night. It was so good that they decided to do it the following week. If they keep up with the sexual overtones, Edge's regin will continue to grow. IMO, of course.

I'm hoping it's due to the use of old school psychology and "gasp" actual good matches on RAW.

or it could be that live sex crap

actually the most likely reason for the increase is the counting of dvr/tivo boxes into the ratings now. It just started about a month ago I believe and now their ratings are rising as more and more tape it and watch it later. Surprisingly TNA really hasn't seen a boost with the DVR/TiVo boxes like I thought they would.

Raw has gotten a lot better as of late...especially match wise (like they had Angle v HBK, Flair v Edge)

I'd still say the Live sex. You'd be suprised how many ppl I told about it beforehand and they all tuned in out of curiousty. If any program said they were gonna have some type of live sex, watch the ratings jump.

Or it could be that during this time of year ratings always increase (closer to Wrestlemania, no more Monday Night Football.)

I read on another board that the live sex segment did draw in ALOT of people.

Ever since the move to USA and more specifically, since Cena lost the title, the storylines have really picked up. I think the ratings are a reflection of the storylines and wrestling itself improving.

I contribute the rating to channel surfers seeing the "Live Sex", and stopping to see what's up, and of course, Ric Flair, who has been involved, in one form or another, in the last couple main events.
