    Low-Ki gone from ROH?

From the ROH messaged board, posted by Gabe himself:

"There has been a disgreement in business arrangements between Low Ki and ROH management. Low Ki has canceled all his ROH bookings as stated in a headline at Low-Ki.com.

We will announce new matches for the ones that Ki has already been advertised in next week.

This will mark the end of Low Ki in ROH. We are sorry things turned out this way and apologize to the ROH fans for the lineup changes."

But there's nothing about it on Ki's site.
Signed exclusive deal with TNA maybe?

An exclusive deal doesn't sound right since Joe, Gen Next, and all the others are free to wrestle the indy's as they please. I love him in the ring, but Ki sounds like a real volatile personality. Either way, it's a real shame...

There was something up on his site about it but it got taken down.

This along with Abyss and possibly Milano Collection AT leaving combined with this ****ty CZW bull****(Hero is a joke and Necro is pure garbage) and the fact that they just keep running more and more shows mean I'm pretty much done "buying" ROH DVD. Its no longer worth the money to keep up.

Yea but Joe,Gen Next,Styles,Daniels and whoever else never said screw you guys I'm going to Japan so to prevent that from happening again they made him sign an exclusive deal. Though it's more likely they asked him to job to Strong.

What's with their relationship with CZW anyway? I've read about how they were helping promote the other's show and how Dragon wrestled (to the best he could ) Hero, but is it really changing ROH? I'm half way through '05 with DVDs up to Dragon's title win still to watch and the stuff is priceless. I'm hoping that they're not changing with all the popularity they're getting and the pressure to appeal to more fans and make money.

I fully intend to get all of last year on DVD, especially seeing that KENTA wrestles at Final Battle. But hearing what you think of their direction has me a little concerned...

2005 was a great year for ROH. I am 11 DVDs away from having the whole year. I have from The Homecoming all the way through to Steel Cage Warfare. I still have a bunch to watch, but every show has been very good. I will still spend money to buy ROH DVDs as well as TNA DVDs. I wish Low-Ki was not leaving but I can deal with it. He was not a regular the past year. He would show up for shows here and there. He is a good wrestler and I like his work in the ring but there are plenty of other ROH wrestlers I enjoy watching.

Well Hero and Necro have recently "invaded" other ROH show and have been challenged to matches and what not. So they are prolly gonna be around a while. The two companies are running a double shot at the ECW arena sometime next month I think.

I agree, and my feeling of their involvement with CZW is just to highlight their differences and make people appreciate their in-ring style even more. Since a lot of fans probably cling to CZW as the ECW of today (there's only one ECW!), it's easy publicity to make more fans realize how unique Ring of Honor is. Putting the American Dragon in the same ring as Chris Hero may not be a five star match, but it makes ROH look far superior. Those are my initial impressions, unless this gimmick goes on for too long...

Yeah I heard about the double shot, but hopefully Hero and Necro don't become mainstays. If they wrestle as much as Raven and Corino, I could tolerate it.
