I tried to start a "Vince is cheap" chant, but it didn't work. That music was good awful. I will say that I liked Balls' music. You can chant "Balls Balls Balls" right on beat! i twas so cool and the crowd picked it up. At least where I was anyway.
Better matches this year. Less suprises this year. Louder crowd last year. Then again, the balcony is different from the floor.
I had fun, thought it was a really good show. I marked out the entire time, even for the Big Show! I even started a two man "TNA sucks" chant with Green Lantern Fan (!). People chanting "This is awesome" outside of the impact zone is ********. And so is Eugene! When he said that he was hardcore, I said that he was ********! Had a good section chanting that.
I felt bad for the little kids that came with their Cena shirts and spinner belts. Not so much for the butt ugly girl who walked up and down the line (which was really really, long) with a sign that read "John Cena protects my pants". Or something like that. But yeah, the little kids got to hear 2500 (there were some legit Cena fans there, though) jerks yell obscenities at Cena before the show.
Say whatever you want about Cena, but I didn't partake in any of the "You can't wrestle" chants. Everything else, of course. The man was highly entertaining tonight and interacted with the crowd wonderfully. But nontheless, F Cena. And thank you Edge! Yeah, Edge. He's an ungly Mofo in person. And once he won, I said to no one in particular "RVD is so going over tonight".
JBL got killer heat, I couldn't hear jack. i was to his right. I so wanted Chuck Zito to kick his ***. Lita I could make out a little better, but I think the speaker by me was broken. It was right next to me and it wasn't working. BTW, damn pillar. And I was a little dissappointed that Lawler didn't rag on the crowd for awhile.
I don't know where the PPV cut off, so here we go. RVD celebrated with the title forever. he went up to the balcony and hugged his wife, or some really young looking female. Mikey Whipwreck (why didn't he come out with Taijiri and Crazy?), Jason (WTF?), Big Show, Heyman, Justin Credible, Fonzie (what was he doing during the show?), Angle, Sandman (I think?) and maybe someone else...some chick was there, too. Funny thing that happened...Big show grabbed Angle's leg like he was gonna give him one of leg corkscrews and they were laughing while Angle's hopping around the ring on one leg. Taz came out and shook RVD's hand, RVD and Heyman hugged and I left.
My take on what's gonna happen. Heyman wasn't sacntioned by the WWE to ref the match (remember, Finnegan is an ECW ref), but Heyman can make his own rules in "ECW" (has anyone noticed me typing it like that since the start of the rumors?) and since it was an "ECW" PPV, RVD is the "ECW" champ.
Balls/Tanaka was the weakest match. Everything that I can remember was at least good. Oh yeah, Orton/Angle was just a SmackDown match. Eveerything else was good!
