I was thinking about this last night, and there are alot of different scenarios.
If they really wanna make ECW a second entity apart from the WWE, then they may make 2 games per year; one under the ECW banner and one under the WWE banner. This will also get them twice as much money as people will probably shell out the money for both games (I know I would).
However, they currently view Smackdown and Raw as "seperate brands", and they still only put out one videogame.
Which leads me to my next point. If the brands combine, like I think they will when ECW returns, that may be the end of the SD v. RAW franchise, as the name would no longer make much sense.
I'm thinking either they'll make seperate games which would suck because I wouldnt be able to have Kurt Angle (now in ECW) face a Triple H. Or they'll make WWE vs. ECW 2007, which wouldnt be too bad, but it really wouldnt help establish ECW as a stand alone company.
