Damn I rememeber as a kid getting hype when Virgil stood up to the Million Dollar Man. Now that was a great storyline.

BTW i've said this before but there could be new readers....

Virgil was given that name as a joke and jab at Dusty Rhodes whose real name happens to be that. Basically Vince and company were implying that Dusty Rhodes was not the "All American" good guy but rather a money grubbing, money counting lackey for Jim Crockett.

Right...and then when he went to WCW, he was given the name Vincent...to poke fun at someone in WWF with the same name...

I was just offering more on his background then just some manager crap he did for Ted Diabiase. Please mark for wwe on your own time. I've been watching wrestling since Wrestlemania 3. So, don't try and talk down to me.

What are you talking about? I dont think he was coming at you or anything, I believe he was just saying thats what most that age would remember him as. I remember him as Virgil only from watchin a bunch of WWE ppv's when I was younger that I would rent and seeing him, but I also remember him in the NWO.

See I dont think he's markin for WWE, well not like you always do for TNA.

I used to like Virgil , Vincent to be honest but maybe that was just me

Whoah!! Ease up there, chief. I wasn't talking down to anybody. And that "manager crap" he did for Ted Dibiase was what he's BEST known for, not his pathetic stint in WCW as an NWO lackey. In WWF, they actually gave him a storyline. He actually wrestled a meaningful match here and there.

Mark for WWE on my own time? First of all, this is a WWE Forum. I'll bring up that federation whenever the hell I want. Secondly, if you MUST know, I was always a bigger WCW fan anyway. Sorry chud, you read me COMPLETELY wrong.

Maybe you should be a bit more careful before making assumptions. You've made yourself look pretty foolish.

Which is why people don't take you seriously here, in the WWE Forum.
