Any word on Goldberg's return to Wreslin'?

Any word as to when Goldberg is comin' back to Wreslin'? I'm heard that Vince is trying to get him signed and slotted for Wrestlemania. Anyone know exactly when he's comin' back?

Nothing really as of late besides the rumors that McMahon wants Goldberg vs. The Rock at Wrestlemania.

I wouldn't hold your breath. Goldberg seems to be happy in Japan. Plus, he is still getting paid by Time Warner unless he signs with WWE. I think he stops getting paid sometime late this year.

He also still has his side interests in racing (owning and driving)

He wrestled a couple time this year in Japan. He's gonna wrestle there again on 1/19 along with Hogan.

Meh, doesn't mean much to me. I think he is boring in the ring, so it won't bother me if he doesn't come back to America. It would be pretty cool though to see him fight someone at WM, but I wouldn't want him sticking around for more than a few weeks, maybe just a one time thing.

It's not that he's that bad of a wrestler, it's just his uber-push ruined him, and he got INSANELY stale after a few weeks. His matches consisted of punch, spear, jackhammer, 1-2-3. I would rather they put some effort into a damn cruiserweight division than bring in big names with a lot less talent. But, that's what the fans seemingly want nowadays, most WWE fans anyway, they could care less for the most part about wrestling ability, and more in interviews and backstage happenings.

I miss the old days of wrestling

I never thought Goldberg was that good a wrestler. It always astonished me that back when they had a WCW his streak would be at 80 wins on Monday Nitro and be up to 93 by the time Thunder rolled around on Wednesday or Thursday. The WWE doesn't need any new talent, they need to start using a lot of the talent they have the right way. Especially on Raw.
