The show sucked, plain and simple. Some guys got good repsonses, some didn't. Punk got a decent pop when he came out, but then the crowd was silent once that little break (?) came on in his theme.

And Sabu was really that crisp on Monday night. The only editing was when Sabu was in the corner with the chair and was about to throw at the Big Show, but didn't. They played chicken for about 30 seconds.

How many title shots does Sabu get? I mean come on, it seems like once a week he's contending for the ECW title vs. TBS. It is ridiculous at this point, they need some new blood contending. Hell, give CM Punk a chance, hell give Rene Dupree a shot, just someone, anyone else but Sabu.

They are about to lose me, too. I can get passionate about this product. It's not close to what ECW used to be, and the same-old same-old WWE themes that we often get in certain shows really kills my attention. Other weeks, though, it has a fresh feel. They are going to have to change things soon, though, or I'm cutting "ECW" out. Got a kid on his/her way, and something has to go!

Maybe in about 15 years or so, he/she will find my ECW library, and argue with my wife about watching it!! LOL.



BTW, the MSG ECW really wasn't that bad at all . .. but the format is just getting pretty darn repetitive.

Oh, was it taped Monday after Raw? I guess I just assumed that Smackdown taped at MSG on Tuesday, and ECW was live after.
