Looks like the old wrestling clips are repopulating back on youtube. Better scout them out tonight before they're all flushed down the toilet.

Backlund added this professional feel to wrestling that really went over well. While many were going on and on about how "fake" it was, Backlund had a great character that added much realism to wrestling.
You also have to admire Vince in all of this. From interviewing to commentating, I think he did a great job back then. In fact, if he kicked this "a-hole" character, that really only worked great with Austin, I'd give wrestling more of my time.Being kind, one to another, never disappoints.Comment
