Actually they have changed the control style this year , you basically control the moves with the analog stick , they have added those "hot spots" which could make the game even better ,
However by creating the new control style there might be a problem with the move-sets for certain wrestlers, for example it will be ridicules if Triple H would have a similar move-sets as the Undertaker because they are both leveled as Heavyweights (you should watch the gameplay movies you will understand what I mean)

Right, because HHH doesn't do powerbombs, but Taker does. I think there needs to be superstar & move specific counters, for example:
Scenario #1: HBK does sweet chin music on Rey, Rey ducks the kick, HBK is is dazed for a split second after missing the kick. He then turns around directly into a drop toehold & 619.
Scenario #2: HBK does sweet chin music on Kurt Angle, Kurt catches the kick & sweeps the other leg putting HBK in the anklelock.
Scenario #3: HHH attempts pedigree on Kane, Kane back body drops HHH.
Scenario #4: HHH attempts pedigree on RVD, HHH hooks the arms a drops down but RVD blocks it by doing a split.
Scenario #5: HHH attempts pedigree on Paul London, London hooks HHH's legs & rolls him into a pin (like HBKs Reversal he used to win in the elimination chamber)
