I hope Jeff sticks around and still wrestles for TNA. I know most people hate him, but I've always enjoyed watching his matches. He'd be great to watch in the tag scene or mid card level.

Meh, I'd rather see him go. He makes a good champion, the fans seem to hate him (which is like the only wrestle they actually boo), so TNA will be lacking heels if he decides to leave. But hell, its wrestling...he will always be back.Owner, Spear Interactive

I could see him disappearing for a while and then coming back. He's been wrestling non-stop, so him taking a break would not be a shocker.Comment

I love Jeff Jarrett's in ring performance and his mic skills. He has real heat in TNA and that's been hard to do. I'd hate to see him retire. What I'm hoping is that IF he goes away for a while and stays backstage- the fans appreciate what he has done for TNA behind the scenes and in the ring.
I know he's got a lot of haters on here, but all bias aside he has been one of the most important figures in pro wrestling in the last 4 years and a permanent retirement from the in-ring side of wrestling would be a bad thing.Favorite Sports Teams

Pure speculation on my part, but could this all just be something for storyline purposes. I mean, they've done updates on their site like this before for the whole Shelley-Sting/Cage thing, so this could just be something for Jarrett to do while not chasing the NWA title.
Then again, this could be something serious, and if it is, I hope its not his permanent retirement.Comment

I think that Jeff Jarrett is going to step back and do more of the behind the scenes work. He really needs to step back and allow the youngsters to run the show now, he has done his part.Comment
