I haven't played a SvR game in a long time and have a question. Is it possible to either create a belt for my friends to compete for and transfer between wrestlers? If not, is there a way for us to compete for and win an existing belt?

Yes... you can create your own belts man... There are also existing ones that you and your boys can compete for.

Cool. How do you do it? I rented the game from GameFly so I can't look in the manual.

Ummmm... can't recall. Go to Create or something... it's where the Create a Pay Per View and stuff is at I believe.
