Directions for Raw / Smackdown / ECW

Alright I'll post mine up in a bit, gotta finish eating and what not... I was just wondering if you guys were given a chance, what would you have the WWE do for storylines (not just "Fix Tag Team, blah blah, etc.). WHAT storylines would you have them do?

Figured that seeing how some of you would do this would be interesting.

I'll play along, running with just RAW (only show I regularly watch).

With HHH injured, HBK should get back into the World Title picture. Have him win the Royal Rumble or something, get him in a program with Cena (face vs face doesn't always work, but it's the best thing they can do right now).

I like the Johnny Nitro - Jeff Hardy program, but they need to let Nitro win a few matches sometime soon, he's getting kinda buried lately. Bringing in K-Fed didn't really help him either, IMO. Maybe have him sneak a few cheap wins and have him jump both Hardys a couple times, and finally get another shot at Jeff Hardy (in a TLC match maybe?).

I think Rated RKO needs to be split up... I like Edge and Orton as singles wrestlers, but as a tag team in my opinion they've been, putting it nicely, mediocre. Perhaps get the belts off of em by first building dissention between the two, then having Cryme Tyme literally steal the belts from them and proclaim themselves tag champions. Edge and Orton would blame one another for losing track of the belts, and they'd fight.

Once Cryme Tyme has the tag belts, give some more airtime to build up the feud between them and Shelton Benjamin. They did maybe one segment on it and have shelved it; I'd give it a bit more airtime, if only to frame the rivalry a bit more for the program between those two teams.

I'm not sure what to do with Umaga. His whole act was being undefeated, and that's gone now, thanks to Cena. I'd guess he'd have to be kept in the world title picture, but I don't see him having staying power that other undefeated guys did upon their first loss (notably Goldberg, maybe Brock Lesnar? don't remember if he had a streak or not). I suppose he has to be kept in the world title picture until HBK would earn his shot at Cena in my booking world, cuz he's the only main-event heel at the moment.

For RAW, I dont see HBK vs. Cena being that good of a match. I think MAYBE a good option would be for Rated RKO to break up, and get the belt on someone like Edge.

I don't remember enough of Orton to think if he'd be a good match for HBK, but to spark RAW it would need to be a good caliber match, not just "Hey HBK needs a belt". I agree about the Cryme Tyme stealing the belts, then fending off all comers for them. Bring back the Shelton storyline (which didn't do much for me, honestly. Shelton's public speaking about the "stereotypical thugs" didn't do much for me because half the time it sounded like he was in ebonics or such while trying to sound all high and mighty) and try to get some good matches out of WGTT / Cryme Tyme.

If I would run it, I would have HBK keep the DX name. It is recognizable, and the last few segments have been serious DX. Maybe have HBK recruit Cryme Tyme (they did have a funny segment together, I think they could do more.) as "protection" because the Game is out. Michaels again fights through all odds (as the babyfaces always do) to regain the title. Personally I would rather have Edge holding the title than Cena. HBK / Edge sounds like a much better match on paper, and it would play in with the RKO DX feud that was going on. Edge going back to a loner, with Orton playing Legend Killer.

My rant is probably incoherent due to the alcohol in my system so I'll try to clarify more at some point.
