My TEW Scenario (Need help :))

Alright... I'm making a TEW scenario that will be an alternate history ending up with a territory system in 2007.

Was planning on giving each territory 5ish guys to exclusively start off with, and having a working agreement in place so they can share talent. I'll see if anyone has any input for me for territories.

I was thinking of one for the stars of tomorrow to start off in.

Territory Style: current TNA style minus the bad writing...
