Yawn! It won't help them long term. you have to remember the fans were not happy with him before he left due to poor workrate. Sure he'll get a huge pop for a month or a few. But the WWE is basically in a bad way and NWA TNA is quickly rising to take their spot.

No matter how bad the WWE gets, NWA TNA will never overtake them. It just won't happen.

As another poster said Stone Cold won't do anything for WWE long term. Not only because of his workrate but because the man was totally PO'ed about the product at the time he left. If the writers can't come up with good storylines then Austin's workrate and overall performance will reflect that.

Now something about NWA:TNA. As you may or may not know Ted Turner has resigned from his position at AOL/TW and he wants to buy back as many of his old Cable networks as possible. I've heard that he wants to buy back CNN, TBS and the Atlanta Braves. Now Turner has acknowledged more then once that his association/ownership of NWA/WCW was the catalyst for the growth of TBS.

The hope here is that Uncle Ted would get TBS back and buy out NWA:TNA or at least give TNA a broadcast deal. The ironic thing is this, with the woes of the WWE wouldn't it be ironic if Uncle Ted put ol' Vinnie Mac to bankruptcy?

I was surprised to see what he could do against BG James (Road Dogg for WWE for those that don't know) tonight. That Asai Moonsault was nice.

until tna drops russo and his worn out act they will not even be a good alternative no less competition to the wwe

tna was much better before russo came along they were having weekly show stealing matches now its a yawn fest simply using the crash tv idea to death with characters that couldnt be more dull

the x division should be the main focus.......

                            feature the wrestling element

austin will be a very good thing for the wwe long term if they aloud him to be involved in creative as he has a great head for the buisness.....and in the short term he has alot of gas left.........workrate wise he is still way better than most especially when motivated

they simply have to be much more creative and drop the austin vs current owner/boss scenerios that have been over used to say the least

and focus on the wrestling it self to get and the concepts of the past such as nwa tbs days when you just had great fueds and simple interviews etc

or mid south wrestling for example back in the day

no not go just old school...but use the LESS IS MORE CONCEPT

                            with a current day twist

they have johhny ace up there terry taylor heck ric flair arn anderson even pat paterson draw ideas from these guys that have seen alot of years........keep the script writers and stephanie away from creative

use some of the great veterns and bounce ideas off of them

vinny needs to temper his ego.....and pull back on all the garbage........theres no reason with the talent the wwe has right now which is the single greatest roster in the history of the buisness we have to witness car wrecks like this past monday night raw..........

they could put out so much better product.......heck alot of smackdowns are so damn close to being great

                            says alot for paul heyman.....

maybe he should simply be in charge of creative
