Normally I wouldn't bother with Wrestlezone but here's one...
a major, charismatic MMA star currently signed with Strikeforce is considering announcing his retirement, and getting into the sports entertainment business.

I guess Rock was talking about coming back at Survivor Series but the way Cena and Punk keep bringing him up I'll almost be surprised if he doesn't show up Sunday.Comment

Normally I'm very anti-dirt, but with the Punk saga I can't help but indulge lol
I find this very interesting...
In other words, there's speculation that the three of them have signed with WWE.For what it’s worth, Colt Cabana, who Punk mentioned on the air again, has told at least one promotion he’s worked with regularly that he’s not taking any more dates with them after next month. He also was involved in an injury angle that could write him out of NWA Hollywood. In addition, he did not sign an ROH contract. Cabana, Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli are the only key wrestlers who haven’t signed new ROH deals that were still being used. Hero and Castagnoli are still expected to be WWE bound even though they are advertised for the first ROH TV tapings in Chicago next month, as they are doing the pre-signing procedure of getting the full physical and having their backgrounds checked.

I cannot even imagine a possible stable of Punk, Cabana, and KOW. That would be so much awesome.

Well it would explain why they've had no problem with Punk dropping Colt's name so often as of late. It's not like doing so hurts the WWE, but it's just not like them to name someone from outside the company, especially someone who has done nothing of relevance in the WWE.Co-Commish of the OS Vets I & II
