I hope that's not true. I think most people (myself included) wants to see Cena with the belt and dropping it to a returning HHH. I guess McMahon doesn't want to hurt the image of Cena that badly but still....

Which begs the question, how would a loss by John Cena to Triple H of all people hurt Cena badly? HHH is already an established main eventer and probably a sure-fire WWE Hall of Famer. I can't see how Cena falling to Triple H would hurt him so much. It seems that WWE thinks in order to build a guy up any more, that guy isn't allowed to lose... at least that's what I'm deducing from the rumor.

Granted I wouldn't mind Orton beating Cena (cuz I'm an Orton fan), but at this point I'd be much more satisfied if HHH was the one to beat Cena. Heck at this point I just want someone to take the belt from him.

I don't want Randy Orton to hold the belt for a month and that's it. Decent title length reigns, or it makes the person look like a joke.

Im not talking years upon years, but a month? Man, that's nothin.

Anyone can take the belt from Cena now. Sharmell for champ?

Dr. Lucha Steve Sims reports that WWE has explored the possibility of purchasing the AAA promotion.

WOW! Imagine if this is true, WWE will have expanded in Canada and U.S. Mexico could be next, and how soon before we here them making a bid for NJPW.

If indeed this happens I sure as heck hope that Vince lets those promotions keep their own style. The one major complaint about WWE (among many) is that the style is too homogenized and vanilla.

AAA wants to expand into America. It looks like a race for the Hispanic market.

I don't think it happens now; business is going great in Mexico. If their expansion fails, maybe. But then it would be worthless for Vince...And I seriously doubt he knows the Mexican audience.

PWInsider is reporting that Teddy Hart has signed a dev deal with WWE.

Yeah, he's a douche bag spot monkey, but now we can get the Hart Foundation 2k!

Something to think about: Bret Hart has been appearing at more indy shows than usual lately...

Hasn't Teddy Hart already been given a developmental deal that he pissed away?

                      Yeah, back in 1998.

I doubt Bret ever returns to the WWE in any capacity but I wouldn't rule out Jimmy Hart or Jim Neidhart managing them.

How old is Teddy Hart? I thought he was in his early 20's for some reason. This is the same Teddy Hart from WSX right?

                            Yup. I think he's like 26 or 27.

Wow so he was like 18 when he got his first developmental deal?

Unrelated to this conversation, but is there a time table for Colt Cabana to debut?

Common sense tells me "James, get that thought out of your head. He's not coming back, it's over". But another voice says "Nah, Bret loves his nieces and nephews and wants to see them succeed. Helping them get over can be the last thing he does".
