Much as I like Kofi, I don't ever see them building him up right. He might get a decent push when he gets back from injury, but I don't think it will take him anywhere past the upper midcard.

Yeah, for the near future Kofi is out of the question. They don't know what to do with him. Every time they change something up for him it's a lateral move at best.

I don't really like the WWE (or any organization like that) having a racial "quota". I enjoy Big E and Mark Henry for what they do, how they work and who they are. It's not because they are black. I hate Mysterio as a main eventer. Its not because he's Latin.

They had me marking for Kofi with his feud with Orton. That was right around the time I started watching wrestling again, I think. He was getting good pops wasn't he? The messed up on that one.

And I agree on the second part of your post Uber. But I definitely won't complain. I don't remember any black world champions since I've been watching wrestling outside of Booker T and The Rock.

Yeah, but a lot of that is just numbers. How many black wrestlers are there in general compared to white (or Latin / Asian.). It seems the African American athletes are more drawn to other sports (even going back to amateur wrestling.)

I keep hoping PTP gets a little push because Titus is awesome. I don't have feelings much either way on DYoung but he's got his comedic moments. I just think it should be a merit based system, but I realize that's a bit much to ask in this day and age.

Über hit the nail on the head with the second part of that post. I appreciate guys for how good they are, good they work and who they are.

The last thing they need to do is force feed me someone down my throat just because they want to attract a certain demographic. Only thing I ask for is to see PTP get the Tag Titles. That's all I'm asking for.

My money is on Woods down the line, but not anytime soon. They LOVE his educated background, but he isn't ready yet.

Mark Henry gets positive reaction the most, so that would be my choice.
