I'd rather see Sting vs The Demon.

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
I'm cool with that if it happens cause it gives Sting a year to get right if he needs it and well hopefully Taker is alive then too after Lesnar.Saints, LSU, Seminoles, Pelicans, Marlins, LightningComment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
Why would Taker and Sting retire together? Im still puzzled as to this great connection that Taker an Sting have that has so many people hoping for this match to happen.
Did they come up together in Texas or? What am I missing? I honestly don't know why the WWE would bother with Sting after the geezer has turned them down so many times already.Comment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
I really don't think they know how to get the belt off Ambrose. Rather than build guys up to fight for a title, they tend to just throw a belt on guys they hope to build up. Now they're stuck with a belt with no value, and the champion is, for lack of a better word, over-qualified for the belt he hasComment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
I was hoping for something more legit.
Anyway, I think Taker and Lesnar will be a great match. Im hoping for a shooting star press from Lesnar lol.
I think Ambrose is the perfect person for the title, he puts on really good matches and has a character that's over with the crowd, why take it off him? I think it'd be best to leave it on him through the shield split, I know the rumors are of a tag team with him and Rollins, but it'd be the time to let him shine in singles competition with the title.... who knows if they'd let him.
I think it would be a better look for the Shield if none of them had belts at this moment, not even the tag gold. They really dont need them, just like none of the Wyatts need belts.Last edited by kingkilla56; 03-28-2014, 02:29 AM.Comment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
So this Taker and Sting match scenario coming up every month is because they both wore black trench coats at some point in their careers?

I just dont think he needs it at all. And its not because hes above that belt or anything like that. Its because its not even a 'thing' for his character. He doesnt acknowledge it, he hardly defends it, hes never in a storyline with it. Why is he holding that belt at all? I actually think it hurts that belt with how irrelevant it is to its champion (not that I care too much about the belt's prestige).

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
I'm with him on this one. I get people wanting to see the match. I do too. However, Undertaker and Sting having the match and then retiring together? WTF is that? Undertaker and Kane having one last match and then retiring together after a Wrestlemania, that makes sense. These two retiring together makes no sense. You'd think they were traveling up and down the roads together, having bloody wars in every company they went to over the years with a suggestion like that.Comment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
That's why I said don't over think it.
I've said before I'd rather Kane be his last match and make everything come full circle with them.

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
I wouldn't really consider that over thinking though. That doesn't take me a second thought at all in fact. Sting vs Taker. Without hesitation that's great to finally get that match. Having Sting sign on for this to be his only match in WWE where he and Taker retire together afterwards, without hesitation is stupid and makes no sense because they have literally no tie to each other to be retiring together after a match.Comment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
But it makes perfect sense. $$$. Go head and get that one payoff match and cash in on him (Sting) before he's done. And Taker just needs to retire.

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
I wouldnt mind Sting v Taker at Mania. But Sting needs to establish himself as a WWE superstar. He is not even a WWE character.Last edited by kingkilla56; 03-28-2014, 08:05 AM.Comment

Re: The OS WWE 'Dirt' Thread
He's a wrestling character and icon, like it or not, and the only US one that has never been in a WWE ring (off the top of my head). The moment he shows up, he's a WWE Superstar. It's that simple for 90% of the Universe and the WWE knows that.Comment
