He improved so much during his time. Legit athlete with the credentials and the best physique in wrestling history (how he got it doesn't matter to me). Only thing that wasn't up to par was his selling, and even that was coming around.

Yup, I was a Lashley fan.
    lol yeah, I meant wasnt....
id replace good with great myself too

If he does comeback, I do hope its w\ a different angle though....dudes got so much potential to be a great superstar

WWE fires the head writer of ECW....

WWE released ECW head writer David Lagana today from his contract. Lagana had been ECW's main writer since a lengthy run on SmackDown's writing team. No more details are available on his release right now but we will keep you posted. Lagana, who was a big pro wrestling fan before WWE hired him, had been with the company since 2002.

Good move- I only watch ECW for the wrestling. I can't even think of any storyline to the show actually. I'm fairly certain any replacement will be an improvement.

Looking at that hire date he must have applied around the time I did to become a writer for the WWF. Watching ECW, I can confidently say I would have been the better choice.

He did great work on SmackDown with Heyman and then by himself. "ECW" was him and Dusty. I think it was Heyman's idea to bring him to "ECW".

Of course, people who don't know any better will say good riddance. Oh wait, too late...

Musta been ugly. They didn't even wish him the best in his future endeavors.

                  Jeff Hardy's Push.....

Jeff Hardy has been gaining a ton of momentum the last few weeks. Instead of people seeing him as a stepping stone for Orton on the way to Triple H, you hear that a lot of people are saying that it's time for WWE to move him up. Although, if they do so, it would mess up long-term title plans they have involving Triple H.

At last word -- and remember, plans can change in an instant -- the original plans are not changing. Orton will more than likely go over Hardy in their match tomorrow night at the Royal Rumble.

It should also be noted that people in power are pushing for Hardy to get the strap. Michael Hayes is Hardy's biggest advocate right now. Hayes has always pushed the Hardys, and earlier in their WWE careers he came out of retirement to be their manager. Hayes doesn't favor Hardy at all times though as he's said to be fair in evaluating him -- both good and bad -- but he feels that Hardy has proven himself enough to get the strap and he deserves to be rewarded with a title run. Hayes is pushing that the crowd reactions are telling WWE to finally pull the trigger.

However, there is at least one person in particular who is against a Jeff Hardy title run at the moment and that person is Stephanie McMahon. She doesn't want WWE to give Hardy the belt because she feels that it would force a change of plans. Stephanie has given her reasons for why Hardy should not get the strap, though some backstage are saying that it sounds like Triple H rhetoric.

Killings also confirmed 2 weeks ago on WZR Live during an interview that he did sign a contract with WWE.
