Not including NXT, she's been more impressive than Paige.

I can see that, however I can't just discount Paige's career history. On the main roster, though, I do agree.

I'd mark out for a Eugene on TV return.

Doubt we'll ever see that again. The P.C. Police would be out in force with that one.

Yeaaah it wouldn't be worth it given all the special Olympics and make a wish things the WWE does.

I am more than OK with Eugene never making another appearance. That **** was so dumb.

I liked him at the time as more a sympathetic thing, since they made fun of him all the time. But looking back, it was so stupid. I do remember going crazy when the Rock came back for a save for Eugene out of nowhere.

Wrestling fans are the target audience though. Thats why they usually don't air Total Divas against the PPV's, and whenever they do, the ratings tank.

Idk correct me if I'm wrong but they've put it against PPVs before and while the ratings were down I think it was an indication that more non fans watched then you may think.

I think the WWE's entire thought process of "Total Divas" was to attempt to capture a new demographic in the female 18-40 range. I think they assumed they'd get some loyal WWE fans watching the show, but that wasn't their intention with airing it on E! right before (or after, whatever) The Kardashians.

No, they're not. The target audience, based on the network it's on and the structure of the show, is women.

I'm sure they want/hoped some of their (largely male) weekly audience would check it out, but this was clearly a plan to expand their fan base to include more women. I think numbers they released indicate that it's worked for them.

My girlfriend follows wrestling because of that show.

You're right, I shouldn't have said target audience. The show is designed to appeal to women, but the main audience(currently) is still wrestling fans.

The whole existence of Total Divas makes me further question the intelligence of WWE and their "creative" team. You make this glorified divas commercial with this show in order to expand your female fanbase and then when it does it's job and bring them over to your core programming they see the women treated like **** with pointless 6 diva tags every week and pathetic, boring, barely existent storylines.
