    Purely rumor,

But my friend read that Rey Rey may be the next to go. Quitting obviously, not fired.

To put it a bit better...

Rey Mysterio didn't work the Smackdown TV taping on Tuesday in Biloxi, MS. The rumor backstage at the taping as well as at Raw in Lafayette on Monday was that he gave notice and was leaving. At press time that rumor is unconfirmed. Mysterio is still listed on the lineups for the house shows this weekend in Binghamton, NY and Hershey, PA although Edge has been pulled for unknown reasons at press time.

Rumors are not 100% true but there is a story going around the locker area that Rey is not happy with the way WWE and the creative team have been using him

I've seen on the net that Jericho requested to work with Rey. If Rey isn't happy with creative about being in a good feud with Jericho then, wow, just wow. Jericho had been one of the hotter guys all year. Rey needs to come to the conclusion that he's not going to be a World Title holder again. He had his day in the limelight and his reign wasn't very good (people can blame it on booking, but I say it's because he's not really over as a world champion).

If he's thinking that he can leave there and go to TNA to be champion... uhh....

            You buying this?

No way they ever fire a top guy for roids, IMO.

Lose-Lose situation IMO, If he fails another test and they don't fire him it proves that their policy is a joke. But if they do decide to fire him (which I highly doubt) they lose one of their big attractions and take a chance in losing him to TNA.

That's what I thought at first, what's there not to be happy about after 2 great matches? Then realized it's probably the mask thing but on the other hand it can't be hard to say no and he already went along with it in WCW so maybe that's not it. I'd say he's more likely to retire than go to TNA.

I thought he already got his 3rd and was only suspended. Personally I can't believe he hasn't been fired already.

About the roids, dude it seems that Batista and Cena are on roids too. They are just way too big. Have they ever gotten a "strike"?
I have only watched wrestling a few times, when nothing was on, so I'm kinda a noob to this all.

Batista Ive always suspected. As for Cena....Maybe.

As for the Rey thing. I agree. His better days are gone.

The Randy Orton thing is crazy. No way I see Vince firing him because they have no great run heel. Edge is rumored to be turning face with Punk becoming a possible heel. They have been saying Vince is really screwing up the WWE lately with the storylines he is approving. It would really shock me with Orton getting canned. They lose this guy to TNA, they would really be in trouble.

If the collar bone thing wasn't legit and was actually a suspension, I don't believe that they would push him as hard as they have since he came back. Right now, he's the top guy in the company (not as far as ability or talent, but his current spot), and I doubt he'd be there if he was one strike away from being fired. There's just way too much for WWE to lose.

IF Orton were to fail a 3rd time I can see them suspending him until his contract runs out.

Here's the thing. Kurt Angle at the time was a "bigger" star than Randy Orton. Kurt didn't change TNA's ratings into a blockbuster. Orton wouldn't do the same thing either.

What helped WCW to compete and nearly beat WWE is that they didn't just get Hulk Hogan, they got all the MAJOR stars that WWE had at the time.

TNA would need to get about a 6-7 more WWE guys that are major players in order to really shock things. Like getting Orton, Jeff Hardy, Edge, and CM Punk all at the same time. THAT would make an impact.

Any of these guys alone. Not so much.

They already had Hardy and Punk. Dunno about Hardy but Punk sure isn't going back.

I don't think many people actually like Orton in any way at all,who does he appeal to? He sucks in the ring, boring on the mic most of the time and just seems to be an all around **** backstage and in public.

If TNA got Jeff Hardy now - who is the most over Face of the company - it wouldn't change TNA's ratings right now.

CM Punk is more known now because he's been on WWE TV.

Look at Gail Kim. She was the Face of the Knockout Divison and now she's back in the WWE and not even close to being a top Diva right now (even though they are trying to push her).

Heck, even Christian had a pretty flat return to the WWE.

Got room for Big Show in your house?

Sobe Entertainment claims it advanced pro wrestler Paul Wight $1 million to buy a house, plus $84,000 a month, on Wight's promise that it could manage him as he trained to become a pro boxer. But Sobe says Wight - a 7-foot, 500-lb. fighter known as "The Big Show" - refused to perform, and failed to reveal he owed the IRS $450,000. Now the IRS has filed a lien on the house, Sobe says.

Sobe demands $2 million from Wight and his wife, Bess Wight, in Miami-Dade County Court.

Sobe also claims the World Wrestling Entertainment tortiously interfered by re-signing Wight after he dismissed Sobe.
