Re: The OS WWE Spoilers Thread
There is 0% chance that Bret and Shawn fight...
Actually, if it could be less than 0, it would be. Not only do I think Bret doesn't trust him, but Bret's physical condition is such that if he were to take one head bump, he could have another serious stroke.Too Old To Game Club

Re: The OS WWE Spoilers Thread
The following can increase the risk of bleeding into the brain, which makes you more likely to have a stroke:
* Alcohol use
* Bleeding disorders
* Cocaine use
* Head injuryGoogle for Health wants to help billions of people be healthier. Learn more about what Google for Health is and how we're aiding in healthcare advancements.
Causes of hemorrhagic stroke
A hemorrhagic stroke is caused by bleeding inside the brain (called intracerebral hemorrhage) or bleeding in the space around the brain (called subarachnoid hemorrhage). Bleeding inside the brain may be a result of long-standing high blood pressure. Bleeding in the space around the brain may be caused by a ruptured aneurysm or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
Other causes of hemorrhagic stroke are less common but include:
* Inflammation in the blood vessels, which may develop from conditions such as syphilis, Lyme disease, vasculitis, or tuberculosis.
* Blood-clotting disorders, such as hemophilia.
* Head or neck injuries that result in damage to blood vessels in the head or neck.
* Radiation treatment for cancer in the neck or brain.
* Cerebral amyloid angiopathy (a degenerative blood vessel disorder)Too Old To Game Club

Re: The OS WWE Spoilers Thread
You really think Bret is going to get his head injured? Bret has often said in interviews that every single match in his entire career has been pain free (well besides the aches and pains of the body from taking a pounding) but he never had an injury from ringwork until Goldberg injured him in WCW.
I think it's safe to say that Bret knows what he's doing and wouldn't take any undue risks.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

1) He won't work with Shawn out of his own principles.
and
2) He won't wrestle a "real" match because of the danger it poses.
Not only that, but Bret hasn't wrestled since, when, 1998? 11-12 years of ring rust, who knows what could happen if he wrestled?
Even if he was willing to take the chance, I doubt the WWE would take that chance...Too Old To Game Club

Re: The OS WWE Spoilers Thread
WOW!!!
I cant believe that the rumor I read about Bret coming back to WWE is actually true. While I do think that the Montreal Screwjob was 100% legit, Bret coming back makes it look like it was a work.
I havent cared about wrestling in years and have only watched Smackdown here and there only because of the Hart Dynasty but have seen them lose every match. I'm hoping Bret can give the Hart Dynasty a good push.
As for WM, I would much rather see Jim Neidhart and Teddy Hart return and team with Bret and the Hart Dynasty to face D-Generation X in an old school Survivor Series match. Waltman and the New Age Outlaws could return to for the match. Plus, seeing Bret vs Shawn in a contained environment would be better than seeing Bret squash Vince. UGH. People here talk about Bret being done because of health and age but what about Hogan, Flair, Vince and so many others that are still wrestling or wanting to come back and wrestle. UGH again.
Oh well, I'll be watching SD on Christmas and RAW come January 4th. Hopefully Bret will return and we can see where this will be headed in regards to WM.Comment

Re: The OS WWE Spoilers Thread
The WWE planned to have Vince feud with Taker before the 'deal' was done, meaning Bret will feud with Vince and Taker will feud against Shawn. Again.
The nearest Bret is going to get to in ring action is enforcer/referee, why would he take a risk for a company that basically ended his career, and killed his brother.
