I can't stand this version of Rock. I want him to go away. He's 2 steps above Cena's corniness. Never thought I'd say that about The Rock.

Yea I'd prefer Hollywood Rock at this point aswell, But Rock didnt really have a chance to reply to Cena or Miz. Not saying he would "own" anybody or be less corny but it would have changed the segment a little bit.

Yea, but I'm not just speaking about last night. I'm talking overall. His first night back was good and I think everything else has been boring.

I feel as if Rock should have been the heel from ever since he came back. Ill call myself one of his biggest fans but looking at it objectively, You cant just come back after 7 years(no matter how much the fans love you) come in and start talking trash about the number one guy and be a babyface.

That's terrible to hear. While he was never a top notch talent or top notch draw in the ring, he was always a hard worker and was really good at putting guys over. Plus, from everything I have read about him backstage he was a very well liked person and was a big help to a lot of the young up and coming wrestlers.

I really hope this turns out to be a "Daniel Bryan situation" where he is given his job back in the future. Seriously, fired just because a couple of people from the National Guard were crybabies about a skit? Wow, time to learn why it is called "Sports Entertainment" and not wrestling anymore. This sucks.

My bad, I thought you were referring to one of my posts. There's no way Rock comes back full-time and heck, even a match with Cena may be a reach, but it does appear they are building towards that.

Rock's return is similar to Hogan's last run in 2005 when he took on HBK. Use him here and there on TV to build up to a big PPV match.

Yeah that sucks for Finley, i think it's stupid for him to be fired over this as he wasn't the one who wrote the skit anyways. I'm sure those national guard members would not want a guy fired just because they happened to be in attendance

I would like to see Mick Foley come out as the Raw GM, and then announce that the WWE Champ match will be a three way between Miz, Cena, and The Rock. That would be killer, but it won't happen.

I've been reading that the rock is genuinely happy to be back, and they're expecting him to do more than one match. He won't be full time, but I could see him doing ten shows or so a year, and doing 2 or 3 matches. I think he faces both Cena and Miz at some point. Who knows, maybe we get Rock-Undertaker at Mania in Miami.
