This episode of Raw has been just atrocious. I liked the battle royal, it was a good match but from then on out it's been just plain awful.

By the way, I think this McMahon angle, whatever it is, is terrible but I know exactly what he's going for. He doesn't care about this week's ratings, he's trying to create a buzz. Get some quotes in the news about the dealings with congress, IRS, etc, and get the WWE name in the news a little and hope to get a ratings spike. Don't think it'll work, but I'm pretty sure that's the goal.

I do like the William Regal GM era (again). Regal is gold. Especially his pronunciation of "Umanga"

Here's my review of the show:

Battle Royal: Pretty good, solid entertaniment
Regal as GM: Will be damn entertaining, Regal is great, and that's the perfect role for him
Rest of show: BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

I always mark for Umaga, so I enjoyed the main event. A face turn should be interesting and give him some fresh feuds, hopefully they don't just make him into Kane or a comedy character though. He's best as a monster.

The show wasn't as bad as people are saying. The battle royal was good. Regal was good in his role all night. Carlito's Cabana was good. The main event did a good job setting up next week's show.

I'm a little disappointed in the end though. They built it up well throughout the entire show...a paternity suit is just stupid. It'll be something stupid, maybe HHH is really his kid, thus making HHH-Stef incest! I wouldn't be surprised
