How would you book Bound for Glory 2007?

BFG 2007 is going to be, without question, the biggest PPV for TNA to date. This is the Wrestlemania of TNA in my opinion, and it's in WCW's old stomping grounds, Atlanta Georgia. Now with all of this in mind and the October 4th debut of 2 hours of iMPACT! on Spike TV, I'd like to throw out the question - how would you book BFG?

Below, I'm going to book it the way I would like to see it and give you reasons behind each match.

    TNA BOUND FOR GLORY 2007

    1. Motor City Machine Guns vs XXX (Skipper and Senshi) - I believe this would be a great highenergy way to start BFG and really get the crowd going for the rest of the night. XXX wins when the Daniels gets involved.
    - Next I'd have some sort of backstage drama involving the hostility brewing between Kevin Nash and Kurt Angle. (Nash in ATL = money)
    2. X Division #1 Contender Match - Sonjay Dutt vs Petey Williams - this X Division match gives both guys a chance to get over while entertaining the ATL crowd. Also it's a #1 contender match. I'd give Petey the win w/ the Canadian Destroyer (mark out move).
    3. Raven's House of Fun - Eric Young vs Raven - Raven is (I assume) still over in Atlanta, and I would imagine this House of Fun match could be would Eric Young needs to go to the next level. I'd book Eric to go over Raven in a blood bath.
    4. Ladder Match for Ms. Brooks' Contract - Kazarian vs Bobby Roode - This is a way to finally separate Roode and Brooks and help both Roode's and Kaz's careers in a high profile match. Kaz wins and is joined by Traci Brooks. Roode moves on to better fueds revolving around himself and not his valet.
    - Backstage interviews w/ Sting then a backstage segment w/ Christain.
    5. James Storm & Black Reign vs Rhino & Chris Harris - Ok, I know Black reign sucks, but this gives AMW a chance to be in the ring again and I'd have it finish w/ Reign walking off and leaving Storm to get Gore!d by Rhino.
    - Interview w/ Team Pac-Man and then a backstage segment featuring James Mitchell and Judas Macias.
    6. Full Metal Mayhem - Judas Macias w/ James Mitchell vs Abyss - So this feud finally gets starting IN THE RING here at BFG. I book an absolute crazy bloodbath here and have a finish involving Macias putting Abyss through a table on fire or something like that. Macias wins the first match.
    - Samoa Joe backstage interview, then AJ/Tomko segment
    7. TNA World Tag Team Titles Match - AJ Styles and Tomko vs Team Pac Man - Pac Man turns his back on Killings and gives Tomko and Styles the win after briefly pretending to be into the match. After the match Pac Man spray paints Killings and says he is done w/ TNA (I hope!, another note Pac Man is from Atlanta, that's why he gets booked so late in the card).
-Steiner Bros cut a "shoot" interview on Team 3D. (Steiner in ATL = money)
    8. I Quit Match - Christian Cage vs Samoa Joe - Huge match here, I would book Cage finally calling I Quit after a good 20 minutes of getting beat up by a savage Joe. I would book Cage to look incredibly resilient though, almost to the point that the fans would turn on Joe and root for Cage.
    - Team 3D calls out the Steiners and "shoots" on them, they hit the ring and we have an impromptu match ...
    9. Grudge Match - Steiner Brothers vs Team 3D - basically a wild brawl with lots of fighting in the crowd and chairs, weapons, etc. Match ends when the Steiners hit the Steiner Bulldog on Devon through a table. Steiners go over in Atlanta. After the match, Scott Steiner says he wants the winner of the TNA World Title Match at iMPACT!.
    10. Ultimate X Match for X-Division Title - Christopher Daniels vs Homicide vs "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal - The Ultimate X returns @ Bound for Glory! This would be the show stealer in my mind. Lethal retians here and takes another step to becoming a huge star.
    - Special Apperance - this could be a celebrity, a legend in wrestling, a free agent (RVD, Brock, Hogan, etc.). This would be a fairly short segment if it was a celebrity or legend, but a bit longer if it was the debut of a big name signing.
    - Jeff Jarrett comes to ringside in street gear to watch the World Title match and joins the commentary booth.
    11. TNA World Heavyweight Title Match - "The ICON" Sting vs "The Olympic Gold Medalist" Kurt Angle - this is the dream match we are all hoping for at BFG. I'd give these guys at least 20-25 minutes to do their thing. Sting wins the World Title with the Scorpion Death Drop! After the match, Jarrett steps into the ring and congratulates Sting, but before he can finish Angle attacks him from behind and gives him the Angle Slam laying Jarrett out and setting up Jarrett vs Angle @ Genesis in November.

So, AJ and Tomko win the Tag Titles and Sting wins the World Title while Lethal retains the X Title. You have your main event in Steiner vs Sting on the following iMPACT and Jarrett vs Angle for Genesis. Also Petey Williams vs Jay Lethal for the X Title now @ Genesis. Joe has gone further towards turning heel and I think all storylines have been moved forward successfully.

Alrite, now you book Bound for Glory 2007!

TNA Title Match: Sting vs. Kurt Angle
The only way to do it is with a stipulation. A good one, like a retirement match or something. This is *supposed* to be the big show, the match should be big. I'd make it a retirement match and have Sting tap clean to the Ankle lock. Then Sting can have the real dream matches with HBK and The Rock.

TNA X-Division Title: Jay Lethal vs. Christopher Daniels
Lethal became the Number One Contender by beating him, so it's only natural. Funny skits from Nash and Machismo with some Fallen Angel promos and you have yourself a match. Daniels wins because Lethal is still booked as a chump. Can't change that so quickly.

    Abyss vs. Mesias.
Old school classic Puerto Rican brawl. Mesias should go over in a bloodbath and kill Abyss when it's over. I mean like stab him or hang him or something. Or stab him AND hang him. Something just evil. This feud can be awesome if it's really dark and violent.

TNA World Tag Team Titles: AJ & Tomko vs. Team Pacman
Assuming the Titans don't let Jones wrestle and he still appears after this. AJ & Tomko win the belts when Jones never tags in for some odd reason. Hmmm... If possible, I wouldn't blow this off yet. Not for whatever money their paying those two. And of course, AJ & Tomko rock!

    James Storm vs. Rhino
Rhino wins and beats his demons. Not clean, some mis-timed inteference from Jackie. Storm can recover because he's a bad *** who drinks beer.

    Kaz vs. Bobby Roode
I think they should go all the way and end this. Roode wins clean and him and Brooks celebrate. Roode has the money in the end while Kaz sleeps in a hotel with six other guys. Kaz is a bum. Roode should be up against guys like Chris Harris and Rhino. Pull the trigger with him already.

    Chris Harris vs. Silverdu...Black Reign
Chris Harris, clean. This is not going to elevate The Wildcat either way. End this now and move on.

    MCMG vs. VKM
MCMG can train with Nash and annoy the hell outta VKM. I'd still have VKM go over, but in a longer match. I'd blow it off at the next PPV with a clean MCMG win. Then I'd give those two other goofs some weed and some somas and send them to the Southern indies.

I'd hold off on Team 3D vs. The Steiners. I'd run an angle on the show, though.

I know there's some obvious names missing. I didn't forget them.
