I have an pro wrestling game named "Superstar Pro Wrestling" that I purchased through the mail back in 1984. It is played with an individual card for each of the 59 pro wrestlers plus dice. I am willing to pull it out and start a journal of the matches if people will be interested and also play the role of bookers. Here is a list of most of the wrestlers in the game:

Andre the Giant, Afa, Adrian Adonis, Bob Backlund, Hulk Hogan, Nick Bockwinkle, Kamala, The Spoiler, Sika, Ric Flair, Big John Studd, King Kong Bundy, Paul Orndorff, Nicolai Volkoff, Iron Shiek, Bruno Sammartino, Tully Blanchard, Tito Santana, Rick Martel, Dusty Rhodes, Terry Funk, D!ck Murdoch, Chief Jay Strongbow, Ted Dibiase, Road Warrior Animal, Road Warrior Hawk, Superstar Billy Graham, Kevin Sullivan, Jimmy Snuka, Abdullah the Butcher, Michael PS Hayes, Jimmy Garvin, Butch Reed, Junkyard Dog, Mr. Wrestling II, David Schultz, Greg Valentine, Jesse Ventura, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Sgt. I am looking at 3 titles: SCWF Championship (Senior Citizens Wrestling Federation - Singles), Intercontinental & SCWF Tag Team.

If you are interested, how do we decide on the first title holders? One thought is by holding a 59-man battle royal with the winner getting the SCWF Championship and the runner-up getting the Intercontinental. I could also hold a mini-tournament featuring probably 8 tag teams for the Tag Team titles. Here would be some of the tag teams:

The United Forces (Nicolai Volkoff/Iron Shiek)
The Wild Samoans (Afa/Sika)
Strike Force (Tito Santana/Rick Martel)
The Horsemen (Ric Flair/Tully Blanchard)
The Outlaws (Dusty Rhodes/D!ck Murdoch) or The Rednecks (D!ck Murdoch/Terry Funk)
The East/West Connection (Adrian Adonis/Jesse Ventura)

You can even decide to add two wrestlers to Ric Flair and Tully Blanchard in order to fill out the Four Horsemen. When I did this at another site, some of the readers had put Ted Dibiase and Greg Valentine with Ric Flair and Tully Blanchard.

All wrestlers will be "tweeners". That way, we can match them all up against each other without dividing them into heels and faces.

All of the wrestlers must have at least one singles match before a second one is fought. That way I can put together a top 20 ranking.

Also, special matches (ie, steel cage, Texas Death, Nebraska Bull Rope, etc.) can also be carded.

Any thoughts, suggestions and/or interest in this?

I might be interested. How does the game play? I think if you posted this on a wrestling forum like death valley driver or czwfans.com/board you would get more responses.

I would basically play all of the matches that myself and the readers (other "bookers") would create. This is done with an individual card representing each wrestler and uses dice. (old school table-top game).

I'm thinking of having a monster (as in size) battle royal with all 59 wrestlers with the winner getting the SCWF World Championship (Senior Citizens Wrestling Federation) and the runner-up getting the SCWF Intercontinental titles.

The results of the battle royal will be a listing of wrestlers in order of elimination.

Each match thereafter will have blow-by-blow coverage. It would look something like this:

Flair snap mares Kamala. Kamala rams Flair into a turnpost. Kamala gives Flair chops on the forehead. Flair puts Kamala in a front cradle. Kamala kicks out of the pin attempt. Flair puts Kamala in the figure-four leglock. Kamala submits.


After all of the wrestlers have had a match, I will begin a top 20 listing based on a scoring system that I have.
