    UWF!!!!!!

    UWF ON ESPN CLASSIC
    <table width="100%"><tbody><tr><td valign="top">
    </td> <td align="right" valign="top">
</td> </tr> </tbody></table> ESPN Classic is running the mid 90's version of the UWF (not the Bill Watts version), nightly, on ESPN Classic at 10 PM. Two 30 minute shows are presented. So far, they've shown Billy Jack Haynes, Ken Patera, Cactus Jack (Mick Foley), David Sammartino, and Ivan and Nikita Koloff. Commentary features Bruno Sammartino. The video production is on par with the old AWA/ESPN shows. It's a great flashback for old-timers (lie myself) and a interesting introduction to the past to those who may not have been around during 1995 (the listed production date).

Awesome news, I used to watch the 90's version. Are they showing these in order?

Saw it last night and was like what the heck.

Didn't get to see much but I did get to watch Mr. Wonderful Paul Orndorf and that perfect pile driver of his.

I got a kick out of Orndorff's entrance music - 'Can't Touch This'.

And one of the jobbers was "Davey Meltzer".

I don't know, but I'm going to tune in every night. Hope to see the Stinger/Warrior, weren't they the "Blade Runners" then? Oh yeah, and "Hot Stuff" Eddie Gilbert.

I thought this started tonight. And I missed the Davey Meltzer match, too. Damn! That was the one thing I wanted to see more than anything.

Funny how Abrhams took the criticsim so hard. Well, maybe sad. Didn't he kill himself?

Watching last nights 2 shows now. Mr. Wonderful and Dr. Death Steve Williams started their feud. This stuff is pretty good.

Not sure, but according to Mick Foley he was naked and bashing all his furniture with a baseball bat before he died.

Anyways UWF was tough to watch...Now if only it were the REAL UWF!

I finally got my hands on the matches Backlund had there a few weeks back. Damn he got beat up bad.

Old Pancrase is shown like once a month on a channel called ImagniAsian or something like that. More MMA than wrestling, but it's fun to see Shamrock before even UFC.

EDIT: lol I thought you meant UWFi.
