TNA heading in a new direction???

Following the success of the "Global Impact" special, there has reportedly been a shift within TNA to move the booking in a direction that is more serious focusing on competition and athletic personalities. Whether or not it will happen remains to be seen.

That should have always been their focus. They have tried too much to be like WWE the past year. They need to stand on their own and carve their own identity. They have talented wrestlers and the in ring action should be the focus.

          Word.

And not for nothing, why does there have to be a shift in the booking philosophy every year? If they did it right for the first time, or kept on with what they had going right before getting on Spike, they wouldn't have this problem.

I watch that show and it's like the creative team has 5 years experience. It's further proof Memphis was all about Lawler.

I think once they hit FOX (where IMPACT originally aired) I think was the beginning of the end for TNA's crazy booking. During the PPV only years, they were still at a loss for identity, but they were consistent.
